Bad Timing for Loving You So Deeply

Choregraphed by visiting artist Javi Padilla, Bad Timing for Loving You So Deeply was a a dance about the difficulties of finding love that doesn't work out, moving on, and finding strength in community and yourself. The piece utilized leaf props that the dancers would hold in their skirt/aprons at different moments. Along with the need for skirts, the choreographer wanted a soft cottage-core vibe, so to when designing I created a warm earthy color pallet, while also keeping the styles of dress in a timeless Parie-girl look.
